So I hate to admit having insects in my home, but we all go through it at some point in life. My wife called Terminix and had a free consultation scheduled within 24 hours. John Ray was our rep. He was super friendly and got straight to the point. He explained our infestation level and the recommended treatment and got us on a 90 day plan. We have had two treatments so far and I can say I’m am throughly pleased with how it’s went! Randy is our technician for the Peoria area out by Grand Prairie and he is absolutely amazing. He came into my home, listened to us and gave us the rundown of how the treatments will go. He explained everything that was to happen and was very attentive to our issues. Very pleased with how we’ve been treated and how we’re a top priority! 10/10 would recommend terminix to anyone experiencing pest problems front insects to animals! Love the service.

It's been a nightmare for us for months. No shows for sprays. No return calls. One worker showed up drunk in his sweat pants on a Saturday. Just yesterday the guy says I'll be there in a hour. Didn't come ! Then calls later I'll be there Thursday or Friday. Which is dude Thursday or Friday? I guess they don't think we have jobs to. I give up!

Beware when they do attic inspection, they fraudulently make up stuff like rat infestation, to upsell you their attic restoration and exclusion services. They quoted me $18,000, and created a sense of urgency. When I hired a second opinion pest service they said I had no issues in my attic other than normal standard activity with mice. And now when I cancelled their services after 25 years of being a customer they are not even willing to prorate my quarterly payment that was made early this month.

Easy to work with Terminex. Rarely do I see pests. If I see something, they come quickly to deal with it. I once had a yellow jacket nest established in my yard. Terminex took care of it at no extra charge.
