Terrible communication, tried repeatedly last fall to schedule a service as I was noticing an issue with bugs coming in the house. Multiple no call/no show. Tried to speak to a manager, was never able to despite being told to expect a call. Today no call/text to let me know they were on their way so I could prepare my son to let them in as I was at work. The technician left muddy shoe prints all over the house. Agree with other posts, feeling frustrated and powerless as they never try to remedy any issues. They clearly don’t appreciate or value our business, so they truly don’t deserve it. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to try to prevent this from happening to other people…don’t make the same mistake I made!

If I could give a minus 10 I would. I have had 3 no show appointments in a row. One issue after another. Since Terminix and Wil-Kil combined companies it has been a disaster. I was with them prior to the acquisition and service was good. The left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. Find service elsewhere!

My facility repeatedly had issues with pests. Upon taking over our account, our tech, Joe Lalor was able to assess that there were several points of entry that previous techs had overlooked/ignored. Joe performed the exclusion work and within 2 follow up visits, we were pest free. We've stayed that way for 4+ years!

Terminix has gone to pot since they merged with Wil-Kil. The communication is abominable. They come when no appointment is scheduled and do not show when one is. I've had 6 interactions and the work still isn't complete! Why is it when I complain by email or phone I do not get any response, but I read in other reviews that you want us to write to you. I've already done that without results.

If I could give no stars I would. Worst service I have ever experienced. They state they will give you an annual pest home inspection free as part of your packaging for signing up but they never provide the inspection. I scheduled this service 3 times and they no showed/ no call every time so they never provided this so called “free service”. They also gave no warning before coming to the house to spray the grass for mosquitoes and I asked them repeatedly to do this as I have dogs who have to stay off the grass for a hour after they treat it. They never called ahead and never announced themselves before spraying the chemicals. They were supposed to come out once a month and September they came out three times just so they could charge me for a service I didn’t need and didn’t agree to. Their pest control service is a joke. They came out and walked around the house. When I asked them to check the inside of the house for mice as I had a problem with them the previous year they refused to come into the house stating they only looked outside the home as they were trying to prevent them coming into. I said what if there are some inside and your not treating those and all they did was leave behind the cruel stick strips for me to use and dispose of any mutated mice after they chewed off their legs to get unstuck. Horrible company, horrible service, and so disengaged. Stay away if you value your sanity and your pocket book.

Right now I am very disappointed in your service. I called last month for someone to come because you could hardly see the front and side of my house because there were hundreds if not thousands of boxelder bugs on it. Every time we opened a door they flew in the house. I was told that I would get on an emergency service list and someone would come and spray. As usual nobody came as I was promised if any problems arose. So for the last month my home both inside and outside has been completely inundated with bugs. There have been so many that I was actually vacuuming them up with my shop vac to keep them out of the house. Very disappointed! Similar story to prior review below by another person. Made a confirmed appointment to have Terminix come out in the morning from 8 to 12. Hung around house all day, as they were a no show. Called at least 3 times to check on status. They told us they would call back which they never did. We wasted our entire day. We decided to give our business to another well known national company which came out quickly and addressed our problem per our scheduled appointment.
