I have had mice in my home for 15 yrs. I'm terrified of them. I finally called Terminix. Long story short, I took a loan out for $1500.00 from their finance company (still paying). Less than a year later, they're back. Waste of money. Upset that they charged that much money and it did not work. ron texted ahead of time that he would here 3 february at 8:30 to do my outside quarterly device. he was right on time. i’m feeling puny so i didn’t go out to speak to him. i was at the kitchen sink as he was spraying the front of my house. when we saw each other … wave and a smile. he is very personable and easy to talk to especially when i had questions at the first mole baiting treatment.

It was very good. I remain mouse free😄. The guy who came Marlon did a wonderful job. He checked every area then went outside to check . He is very efficient and very personable and answered all my questions. Thankyou😊 I would recommend this company to all my friends ! Also the girl who helped me with my appointment was extremely nice. Very efficient and kind she listened to me. I never felt brushed of or rushed . Thank you 😊

Recently had Terminix services for bat infestation. The process required two full days to complete, which was expected. Toby Terry was the man in charge of the entire operation and was absolutely exceptional to work with! Very professional, pleasant, and personable. Also, very knowledgeable regarding the job that needed to be done at our home. Two other Terminix employees accompanied him on the job. All were skilled and careful while working inside and outside the home. Throughout the process Toby was awesome with addressing any questions or concerns that we had. We are now completely pest free. Many thanks to Toby and his team for a job well done!! Highly recommended!
