This has been going on since May. They came for rodents. I PAID 99 dollars. The man said he was goung to look at the outside of my house he came back in short amount of tine .he told me I had 19 points of entry for mice and other things to get in. By my central air there was a big hole . They would seal everything for 2,000 dollars. Also, he woukd send all 19 pictures he sent 4 of the same thing. The next guy was supoosed to seal. I checked the hole by the air not even touched. As for photos fron him the same ones. I canceled immediatly. They have told me different lies each time i call for refund off of smac. No one calls back. I keep getting billed for lies and being lied to ...

Sales guy made claims that service guy did not deliver on. As a result we are out over $4,000.00. No one told us our living room furniture was untreatable until after the initial treatment and at least one follow-up. Service people did not fully treat all furniture in the room my husband and I sleep in during the initial treatment. Baseboards were not treated during the initial treatment. The new mattress covers Terminix put on our beds will have to be replaced because of stains from nests that built up due to poorly done treatments. Nests I, a woman with Muscular Dystrophy and cancer, had to treat and clear away. Service people falsified service reports on more than one visit, claiming they are required to mark certain things on the reports, but still putting false information. Several complaints have been made and nothing has improved. We have been as compliant as possible and the bug population has not decreased, daily vacuuming does not help, regular bedding changes do not help, the only changes are the increase in utility cost and my children unable to sleep in their beds.
