Do NOT use the service ! ! ! ..... After I posted the review, Terminix sent a email to me. They want me to contact them so they can address the issue. Evidently they are afraid of a bad review. I sent an email back telling them I will NOT change the review.

I called the local number listed and it sent me to a call center in Phoenix Az. They would not connect me to local office. They make all the appointment from an out of state office. Not local. Why list the office as being a neighbourhood office when it is no where near local?

Joshua was a very helpful, empathetic, knowledgeable and resourceful person. We would not mind making recommendation of Terminix to all people we know. This is because the no-fuss Terminix customer service policy, and the Terminix personnel. This compliment should go to the hiring manager who chose the very right person to the very right job. All technicians who came to our house have been exemplary - whether it be Cory Lee and most recently Joshua Hall. These are the kind of guys that every organization wants!!!
