Just signed up for this service. They were supposed to be here between 8 and 12. Twelve o'clock arrived no technician. Call and found out my service was moved to another date without notification or to verify that I would be there. Will give one more try before canceling. Not happy. This is why I canceled my other service

My interaction with Jake over at Terminix was absolutely unprofessional. This company should not be running a service for pest control so they do one in service and then 30 days later they do a second one. I have a problem in my personal home from coming from a different home, they claim to be an external service, but on their website, It does not state that I am very disappointed. They only covered a couple inches in my house here and there. They also did not put any growth for amount down which they admitted to. And said they would do it next treatment. I pay for the advanced services with them and got far from that. I am very disappointed in this company do not use Terminix. I asked for Jake’s supervisors information and he would not hand me that information out. This is not a company that I want to do business with in the future and we will be canceling my service.

Jake was professional and thorough. He took care of my problem with one visit, but encouraged me to reach out if I had continuing issues. I have a puppy and he was VERY understanding about my concerns about puppies and pest control treatments. He was VERY understanding about my concerns and explained everything carefully. He was very careful not to place anything in a place where it would be accessible to my dog.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! We’ve had nothing but issues with the company. They change appointments without notifying. They sealed all exits so the rodents have no way out. They charge for things they have yet to complete.

Worst service ever! I have tried repeatedly to get service to come in for a mouse issue. They will make appointments and then not show up, or come on a different day when no one was in the office. I would request a call prior to service and that is not an option. I requested a call from management and I am still waiting for it almost 2 weeks later.

Look at how many one star reviews there are, how is their average 3.8 its got to be way lower. Zero Stars absolutely horrible customer service with 2 no call no shows and no solutions. I call two weeks ago for a slight mouse problem in a unit that could have be taken care of by a simple short visit as a part of our subscription to their service. They said booking had to be 5 days out because they were so busy. I said okay. They give a 4 hour window to us most time which is quite wide but I have them call 30 min before any visit. There was a no call no show for the visit, I brought it to their attention after the window closed so they didn't even try to get the tech out and said we needed to reschedule. I rescheduled for asap which was the following Monday. On Friday the Tech called me to ask if I could reschedule from Monday to Wednesday, I said no bc my tenant has been waiting long enough he said he understood and would get somebody else to take the call. Again the service would have been very short. I was diligent and called at 8:30 on Monday to make sure we were scheduled for Monday with their 8-12 window, the women informed me we weren't and I was scheduled for Wednesday. I said that was unacceptable and we needed somebody to come out today as promised. She said the best she could do is schedule for Tuesday 8-12 window. I said okay. I called at 11 a.m. on Tuesday telling them nobody had showed up. They put in a note to contact me asap. Then they missed the window with another no call no show, so I called again at 12:15. They again made an urgent note to have somebody at the Polk county office to call me. Nobody called. I call at 1:40 they made another note and I told them to have a manager call me about this upsetting situation. No manager ever called me. I called two hours later demanded to speak with a manager the women said they can only do the same she can, note the account. I said I want to talk to a manager probably 4-5 times before she got me one. I spoke with a manager named Nick, I expressed my frustration and the fact that everyone including him has apologized and nothing of an substance or action has been done to help the situation. He gave me his extension and said they should call me tomorrow at the latest. Absolutely ridiculous. I had a busy Wednesday and wasn't able to contact them myself, and wouldn't you know it nobody reached out to me. I knew my tenant needed the situation to be taken care of so on Thursday I went to get traps and set traps myself. We pay good money for this service so that's why I was relying on them to help with the situation. They never helped or communicated at all. An hour after I set the traps myself I received a message from a tech that simply said I'll be there in 15 minutes. We had nothing scheduled, nobody called me, no manager including Nick. The fact that the customer service center sent messages all day to the tech center in Des Moines and nobody bothered to call then they scheduled me without telling me is really all you need to know about how crappy their system is with employee's who have no power or responsibility for out comes. This is the company's fault ultimately, but obviously the employee's are partially to blame. They won't give you a number to contact your local office directly and that is the most frustrating thing about their idiotic system. I canceled the service today, they offered me a 50 dollar credit, I said no way you couldn't pay me to have your service after this.

We have been customers for over 4 years and did not have issues until recently. About 3 months ago we purchased an exclusion service for over $2k. We were told it would be completed within a timely manner of a couple weeks. They started the service, did not have all the necessary parts and promised to be back another day. That was over 2 months ago. We have tried to contact the local office to schedule someone to come finish the service and it has been a nightmare. All calls go through a call center and you are promised your complaints will be addressed and someone from the local office will reach out to you. However, no one ever does. I am at a loss at how to contact these people to finish a service we paid for. I have called the dang number multiple times a week for the last couple weeks and received the same empty promises. Please do better. I will be happy to edit my review once my service is completed. This is a last resort to get the local office’s attention.
