He was amazing how he got into my attic. I have other Terminex inspectors that have just said I can’t get up there. Their were just lazy. I have waited over a year for someone until Crystal got the inspection right away. His name is Jarred Petsch. He is amazing. So I better pay him well so he stays with your Company

Both Troy and Lee were super knowledgeable and thorough in their inspection and explanation. They were friendly and answered all of our questions. My grandparents absolutely did not want anyone coming into their house but they were patient with my grandparents and made them feel comfortable. Great customer service!! As a bonus they made a change to their schedule just a little to make it work for my grandparents and to get out ASAP. They Gave updates on arrival and Showed up on time. I would 100% recommend them.

Overall a disappointing experience- last year we had some mice in the house and Terminix's inspector came out and was great. This year another pest issue popped up and I have been no-showed on two inspection appointments. The first one the inspector called me 4 hours ahead of my appointment window and asked if I could meet then, I said I couldn't but I would still be able to meet during the scheduled window. Once the appointment window came around, I did not hear from him again. I followed up with Customer Service to reschedule and they took my preferred appointment time and said I would hear back in 24 hours about my rescheduled appointment. I waited 2 days with no callback from Customer Service before I called back to make sure I was rescheduled. The rep confirmed my rescheduled appointment date/time. I have now been no-showed on my rescheduled appointment today, the inspector never reached out during the window as well. I will be looking for another company at this point because of the lack of promptness from the inspectors for appointments.

The service I received was excellent ! The technician came and sprayed in a problem area on the back porch where I have ladybugs and flies and those water bugs. He sprayed the entire house. The only issue that I had was, I wasn’t expecting the technician! I canceled my appointment the day before Schedule. Terminix has a central office I believe that takes all calls no matter where you call from you’re not going to speak to the local Terminix company. Even though you may dial the local number it’s going to go somewhere else. Better communication would have resolved my issue. This incident reminds me to be a better communicator with Those I interact with daily. May it be family friends whomever better communication is something we all can improve.

After setting up an appointment on Friday Oct 3rd 2025, set the appointment for Monday Oct 6th 2025 between 5pm and 7pm. That Monday, at 4:30 pm I received a call from a tech named Troy telling me that he was on his way back from Nebraska City, ( is 45 miles away ) and would not make it for the appointment. Seriously? you have plenty of time, give me a break. I returned his call only to get voice mail back to back. In his message he stated that he would make it the next day by 3pm. I called customer service to let them know he didnt make it again. The CSR messaged him a few times while I was on the phone asking him to contact me and to follow through with the appointment. Nothing, no show. I called again and spoke with another CSR that told me they would discuss the situation with a supervisor and that this was not acceptable. Still no response and a no show. What kind of company are you running? I'll tell you, it's a joke of a company, that's the truth. We got so fed up with the bs games from the company that we called another company and they showed up right away and took care of our problem. So I will say this, if you are looking for a reputable pest control company in and around the Omaha NE area that takes care of the customer then call Greenix. Terminix is the worst. What a joke!

The Terminix technicians, Mark, Crystal, and Manny did an excellent job fixing my termite issues. They arrived on time did a professional job and explain the process not to mention cleaning up after themselves and completing the job in a timely manner.
