I have been with Terminex for a lot of years and with Teresa Salts the last 8 years. She is by far the best Technician I have ever had. She is exceptional, thorough, professional, kind, relatable as a people person, knows her job and so knowledgable it is refreshing! She always puts the customer 1st. She is the standard by which all others should be measured! She is a "KEEPER"! I give her more than a 5-star rating if I could. Dr. Betsy Vaughn, Topeka, KS

The person who came to do the work took me on a trip around the house and garage where the work would be done to be sure that he and I were understanding each other. He was friendly and explained everything so I could understand.

We’ve had a fantastic experience with Terminix, especially with Teresa Salts. She has treated multiple rental properties for us and has consistently been professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and dependable. As property owners, it’s incredibly valuable to have someone who communicates well, shows up when expected, and does quality work we can trust. She takes the time to be thorough, addresses concerns proactively, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. We’ve seen a noticeable difference in the properties she services, and both we and our tenants appreciate her professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality pest control service!

I can't say enough great things regarding our tech, Teresa. She was very thorough with her inspection. She made sure to fully inspect and treat our home. Her service has really provided me peace of mind in my home. I will absolutely request her for future needs. Update: Teresa completed eradicated our issue after her first visit. She continued to follow up and make sure we were satisfied. Absolutely amazing. She will be the reason we consider Terminex in the future. Thank you, Teresa!

My tech Rich has always been amazing treating my safe place called home. Always takes the extra time to answer questions, kind, friendly and always there. From treating my first home to my second home meeting all my family on move in day. Almost 20 years... He's always been over 5 stars... Other techs have always been hit and miss with Terminix, but you could see that with any company with a diverse range of people. I also enjoy a tech name Justin, he was quick to answer always knowledgeable and helpful with my working schedule. They always make sure my spiders and ants are kept at bay with country living.. And when any rodents that make it past the barn kitties. Dependable and safe!

Antwane Anderson was so helpful in explaining what to look for as he examined our home on our recent termite inspection. He also educated me on what, where and how to recognize termite activity. Thank you for hiring such quality employees, Terminix! Also, thankful for your monthly coverage and the assurance if we would have an issue, you would take care of it promptly.

We used rich for our extermination needs and he exceeded expectations! He stopped by for us with less than a 24 hour notice in a Friday afternoon and reset all traps. With employees like rich I would definitely recommend Terminex to anyone I know.

Taylor was extremely informational, courteous, professional , and kind , while describing my problem and explaining it in detail. His personality portrays trust and reassurance. He is a wealth of information and while I regretted the need of his services, he was great to work with. Thank you for hiring a trusted remarkable consultant.
