Two very different experiences with Terminix. Salesman Damien used fear tactics while inside my home, FaceTiming regional manager Mike to pressure me into signing contracts for services I didn’t want or need. Their work was ineffective and after I canceled within my legal three day right, I was improperly billed and received threatening collection calls and a letter. I had to file complaints with multiple agencies to resolve it. DO NOT PAY for fraudulent charges — dispute and cancel within 3 business days of signing contract if anything seems shady. However, Chris Gates and his crew ( superstars) Shawn and Jody — were exceptional. Chris was honest, transparent, put everything in writing, and they did quality work including properly replacing damaged ceiling tiles. He is the reason I’m leaving two stars instead of “zero”. If you use this company, request Chris specifically and get everything in writing before signing anything. He is honest and trustworthy. He also seemed to have true knowledge and experience in extermination. While the first crew did not.

Wayne has been our technician this last year, he’s communicative each visit, reliable and thorough in work. It’s nice to build rapport when using a service and we are very pleased with the overall experience.

Hired them for bat removal. Not only did they not get all the bats out, they removed the bat cone too early, so the bat was still trapped in the ceiling. We called the same day after they had left & many times after that pleading for them to send someone to reinstall the cone, but they wouldn't come until five days later & told us we were taking the bats too personally & that we didn't have an appointment. In the meantime, we called wildlife & found out that they're not even licensed to do wildlife removal. They're being investigated by the DNR police. They financed us for $4,500 & we refused to pay it because not only did they not do the job, they also caused damages and they cannot charge us for bat removal since they're not licensed to deal with wildlife. They ended up charging our credit card without permission & I had to cancel my card & report them to the bank. Now, they're being investigated for felony fraud. Their manager is horrible. All he wants to do is threaten to ruin our credit & argue saying they did the job. Their so called financing department is a joke. They just repeat what the manager says. I had to hire another exterminator to finish the job & I'm glad we did because Terminix stuck exclusion (steel wool) in two openings which has exposed wires knowing that exclusion is a conduit & should not be used next to any type of wiring. These people are cruel & scammers & we have proof of what they are. After all this mess, they denied everything & then had the nerve to try to trespass on our property after we told them not to come back, that we've already hired someone else to take care of it. They're criminals. All they've done is cause aggravation & damage. We had to pay a handyman $200 to fix the soffit that was supposed to be fixed & secured by Terminix. I will most definitely never use Terminix again. They need to be prosecuted.

John Roberts is the best terminex worker we know. He's been coming to our home for years now and taking care of any concerns we may have and wed also like to note that he is always thorough when asking the right questions with any concerns we may have. Also anytime we think we have an issue we can call him right up and within the next few days he comes out. He is kind and has the best personality I rate our experience with Mr. Roberts 10/10! I totally recommend terminex and worker John Roberts for the job anytime! Thanks John!
