The service guys are great!! But I had to pay darn near $3000.had I been give info on a package deal that would have cost half of that price.Paid in full both times only to wake up and fine another payment taken out of my acct i didn’t owe called and was made to feel like them taking my money was my fault and told to be patient as a refund would take time.

He recently came out to perform a mosquito and tick treatment at my home, and he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough from start to finish. Lance took the time to explain the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure every area of concern was addressed. His attention to detail was outstanding, and I could tell he truly cares about doing the job right. Since the treatment, I’ve noticed a huge difference—mosquito activity has dropped dramatically, and I feel much more comfortable letting my family enjoy the yard again. I have purchased a home and want to keep it spider and bug free so I purchased your year plan. I was told that if I see bugs in between yearly inspections just call and they will come back out and treat. It was truly the best service I have ever experienced with a long term contract. I'm not one for leaving negative reviews but if it helps someone else I feel it's necessary. Although the person I spoke with was kind...their pricing is outrageous and policies are not helpful. I found better services and pricing with a local small business and will refer to them rather than toss money to this overpriced corporate company for the same service.

Tech was super professional. Trenton(the tech) made sure he was timely, gave helpful suggestions, and also help us with contacting a tech to take care of a different pest. All in all it was an excellent experience. And I would DEFINITELY recommend Trenton and Terminix to any and everyone I can. 10 out of 10 do recommend
