Welp, I definitely won’t be contacting this company anymore. I called them because I heard noises in my attic. Guy came out the next day and did an inspection. He informed me I had rats based off the droppings. He gave me this elaborate and embellished plan with a quote of over $11,000!!! I burst out laughing. My husband saw that even Google gave a much lower average price for similar work. He called around and found a reputable company that had prices over 11x lower than what the Terminix guy quoted! To top that off, the Terminix guy identified the wrong entry for the pests! They were actually getting in from an opening in the siding on the back of the house…not the roof! AND the new company said there was not a serious infestation. This Terminix guy wanted a down payment on a new house I guess! Not with our money! I have no respect for companies that like to get over on people like this! So buyer, beware!

Communication updates upon arrival by Specialist BEAU GAUTREAUX was professional, prompt, and detailed. BEAU showed up on time as he listed ETA, shook hands upon introduction, and he immediately & voluntarily took his shoes off before entering our home. This is BEAU’s second time since 2012 at my residence for examination and treatment (he was specifically requested). The attention to detail from him was amazing and professional as he serviced the inside of our two story home. He pre-explained every action he took. His product used was safe for pets and children after application applied. After full service inside our home, BEAU immediately went outside and applied his rodent and pest application to the windows , front & backyard grass area , and under the entire garage. We had a great experience from BEAU in all aspects.
