Would’ve been zero stars if it was an option. Signed up for services, then after 2-3 no shows the job was finally half done. I had to immediately call another company to complete the job correctly. This all took place within a 2 week timeframe. I called Terminix to cancel the contract our during the “30 day money back guarantee” window, which could only be cancelled out by the branch manager whom terminix customer service or myself have been unable to reach for 2 weeks now. Horrible experience, 0/10, DO NOT RECOMMEND. BUYER BEWARE. Contract still not cancelled.

I would give them zero stars if I could. They would come out to spray and that same day I would get about 16 bites right outside my house. I canceled services with them and they charged me $39, sent me a bill for it but everytime I called they said I didn't owe, my account showed $0 balance. Three months later $39 was sent to collections, they claimed it was for termite protection and we never agreed to termite protection. Multiple calls with them and no one can figure out what the charge is for. Ridiculous!

From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to explain everything clearly so we could understand our situation and options. Jason went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and informed, which is something we truly appreciated. His honesty, attention to detail, and willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier to handle. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to excellent customer service. Terminix is fortunate to have him on their team, and we highly recommend requesting Jason Rentz if you want reliable and trustworthy service.

If I could give 0 STARS… Very disappointed with our experience involving Chad Thibodeaux at Terminix. My aunt was signed into a service agreement she did not fully understand, and the terms and costs were not clearly explained. She later received a bill for around $5,000, which was a complete shock. We were told the branch manager Ron would review the situation and issue a credit, but despite multiple attempts, we have not received any callbacks or updates. The only helpful and professional person we were able to speak with throughout this process was technician Jason Rentz.

I’ve had David Sanders as my Terminix technician for nearly a year, and I’ve been very happy with his service. Terminix has sent other technicians at times, but David consistently stands out. His communication is excellent, and he’s always professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. I would hate to lose him and truly appreciate the care he puts into his work. Highly recommend.
