The inspector was friendly and communicative The notice that an inspection would take place was received AFTER 6:30PM the day before the inspection. I was notified the inspector was on his way at 5:45 PM (so I was there the whole day). After completing the visual I was informed that the outside traps would have to be checked on another day. While the inspector noted this in the reports this company has sent notifications and surveys that appear to indicate the service is complete. It may be time to look for a new company. Some time after posting this, Terminix sent me an email asking how my service was AND stated I should call them if the service was less than 5 star. I was already upset, now I am mad. If they can't read in its entirety what is here I have neither the time nor inclination to read it to them.

James Stofira was my service tech today for our regular pest control (we also have termite services) and after four years of this particular service he has been hands down the best one yet! James went above and beyond and after a little over a year of bouncing techs due to ours retiring, I look forward to him being our new tech.

No matter how much i bother him, he is willing to listen and patiently explain his process. He is a great representative for any company, and Terminix is certainly lucky to have him!

I just enjoy this company. They are great love that they response is very quick when you have any problem with any rodents I enjoy the same person that has been coming to our home for four years. He’s a blessing. That’s the only person I prefer.

I would recommend Terminix to anyone for very professional service delivery from start to finish . Quick scheduling and great team of professionals from Mr. Cary who gave estimate to Mr. Jesse and the team of guys who came out to treat the outside and underneath our home. Very detailed reports provided quickly and the online account management is a plus!
