I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service and follow-through. They bill for services they did not render. Also, I have called multiple times requesting that a mice trap be picked up, but nothing has been done. The trap has now been disturbed and scattered throughout my backyard, creating a safety hazard and leaving my children without a safe place to play. What is most frustrating is that neither the local vendor nor the corporate office appears willing to take responsibility or resolve the issue. This level of neglect is unacceptable, especially when it involves the safety of a family's outdoor space. If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will be filing a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs. This situation is disgusting, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.

I hired Terminix to address an ant problem in my sunroom. The initial appointment window was missed, and after I called, I was asked if I could wait until later in the day. I had to reschedule because of prior commitments. At the rescheduled appointment, the technician arrived outside the scheduled window. During the visit, I asked whether the kitchen perimeter could also be treated because I had already seen ants there. The technician declined and stated that the ants would not be entering the kitchen. The following day, I observed multiple ants in the kitchen. I contacted the technician but did not receive a response. I then contacted customer service and was given another appointment window. No one arrived during that window, and no one contacted me. After additional calls, I was told the issue would be escalated, but I still did not receive service or follow-up. My frustration is less about the ants themselves and more about the repeated missed appointments, lack of communication, and difficulty getting the issue addressed after the initial treatment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

I've been trying to cancel my contract with Terminix for 2 years. I'll call and be told I cannot cancel until the end of the contract date so I call at the end of the contract date and somebody tells me something different. Then I have to wait for 2 hours just to talk with somebody to tell them once again that I am closing my account and not renewing services. They still send people to my house and now they sent me a bill yet no Services were done. I didn't even know I had a bill from them it went into collections because I didn't receive an invoice but then again I shouldn't have received an invoice because I canceled services with them over 2 years ago, everything was paid for at that time. Now once again I'm trying to cancel the contract that I already told them I wanted canceled 2 years ago and I'm getting the runaround from the customer service can't speak to a manager cuz apparently they don't have one. DO NOT OBTAIN ANY SERVICES WITH TERMINIX, THEY WILL SCAM YOU INTO CONTINUING A CONTRACT THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN CANCELED THEN BILL FOR SERVICES THAT HAVEN'T BEEN DONE!!! Save your money and go with another company!!!!!!!!

First time homeowner, I had a mice infestation in my home I freaked out and called the pros, unfortunately Terminix didn't fix my problem. The tech set up a few glue traps that didn't catch a single mouse. I watched a lot of videos on youtube set up a bunch of snap traps catched one big mouse, something Terminix couldn't do in a month. I would not recommend it to anyone, save your time, money, and keep your property pest free by staying away from Terminix.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. DO NOT EVER GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD!! Three months prior to my contract being renewed I cancelled through the web site yet they auto renewed my contract and tried to charge me. I cancelled the credit card they tried to charge. I called them in OCT to cancel again. They scheduled for pick of the traps and never showed up. They continued to try to charge the cancelled credit card I called again in January and the scheduled for pick up in February and they never show up. Each time I called they said they would credit my account and schedule a pick up yet they do not show and they continue to try to charge my credit card. Absolutely horrible service. Stay away from these guys. Still trying to cancel.

My father passed away recently. He had Terminex service for many years. When I tried to cancel the remainder of his termite plan, they told me I would still have to pay the remaining balance. All of the years my father had been a loyal customer, the remaining fee could not be waived. Completely disheartening. The termite plan was totally overpriced, in the first place. Complete waste of money! I do not recommend their business. Their customer service is horrendous! I got the run around every single time. Very frustrating. They clearly do not care about their customers. Go to Home Depot instead!

Don't get me wrong your tech was great. Helpful person that really tried his best. He was great, deserve a raise for how nice and helpful he was. It's the fact I got charged $400 for 6 snap traps I could get from Amazon for $6 each. That's pretty ridiculous, honestly I can't believe it. It was a waste of my time. Also the sales man said he had photos of multiple spots where mice could be coming in from, but as soon as I asked to see them his iPad couldn't pull them up and then he started pushing us hard to spend $1200 more on getting that problem fixed. I didn't agree till I had proof of there actually being points of entry You guys basically scammed us because "we have dogs" so 6 snap traps is the best we can do it's a joke!

I have been extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Terminix since the very beginning. I am thrilled that my contract has come to an end. From the beginning, I reached out to the sales person to advise that I did not want live traps in my house, requested that my contract ($3000+) be modified since all that was done was the exclusion. Sandra, I believe her name is, just ended up ignoring my phone calls. The quarterly exterminator who came to spray the exterior did a satisfactory job. The back-and-forth phone calls, web chats, texts, to end my contract was extremely frustrating. Instead of removing my termite bait stations they replenished them. They claimed that my service contract could not be canceled until the bait stations were removed, but kept delaying removal. Finally, they just canceled my contract and never removed the bait stations, which is OK with me because I just wanted to cut all ties.

I highly recommend Terminix’s regular pest control service. Sam is professional, reliable, and always does a great job. This last appointment caught me off guard since I only received the reminder text a day before (I prefer the usual advance notice). Still, the pest control service itself is excellent and worth it. However, I don’t recommend their termite service—it’s handled very differently and hasn’t met my expectations.
