We have small infestation and Mrs.Conaway has been taking care of everything . She even came out the day after easter because I was concerned with our bedroom just to treat it . We are still dealing with the issue, but she’s been very thorough and even inspected the whole house in case of a larger infestation . Even gave me and my husband her personal number so we can stay in touch and update after treatments. I would like to add that I appreciate seeing a woman in a typical male dominated field .

Love Terminix my tech texts ahead of appointment and when he is finished where I am home or out of house he calls me with the results of his inspection and treatment details. The first year of service is a bit pricey after that a very comfortable monthly payment for the piece of mine. They also run specials throughout the year for specific pests i.e. mosquitoes and in the fall for mice.

Great experience, knowledgeable team. Affordable package. Quick turnaround. Even recommended to my neighbor who was the reason for the call! Only suggestion I have is a coffee or hot cocoa stipend for whoever was digging first thing in the morning. I was shivering for them! It gets cold out there before first light!
