The tech ( Micheal Earnest) arrived well in time of the scheduled visit. He got here within 10 minutes of the quoted start time. He was pleasant in his manner and very through in explaining what he was doing. Also I liked the fact, he messaged the day before to remind you of the appointment.

John Travis is exceptional!! John values his relationship with his customers, which is an attribute and value that we need more of these days. He happily took the time to show me each trap and explained why one trap needs replacement, as opposed to another. I was stunned when he uncovered traps that I didn’t realize were there. Much to my dismay, in the previous 2 years the technicians didn’t take the extra time to reason through the logistics of trap locations. John did. I am grateful for John’s excellent service, his knowledge, communication skills, and dedication to his customers, and I shall request that only John services my properties from now on.

This is the WORST COMPANY EVER. They try to get your money in advance and then never show up for scheduled appointments. We planned our whole day around this inspection and then called to confirm. To our surprise we were not scheduled at all !!!! WTH. This isn’t the first time either. Looking for new treatment company now.

Since your company has been treating our lawn for ticks we have not encountered a single tick on us or our pets. Additionally the mosquito population has been dramatically reduced. Your technician, Mike Earnest, has been exceptional with customer service and has taken the time to explain everything he is doing when he comes out. Although I’d hate to lose him as our technician people like Mike should be valued, lifted up and promoted.
