Signed up on their website to get an inspection between 3 and 5, and no one ever showed up or even called to say they wouldn’t be there. When I called them, they said the inspector was in a meeting but would call me back in about half an hour. He never called. Awful service, not at all useful if you’re trying to get a problem resolved quickly.

I just called and the scheduling person was polite, but to even get a general idea of the cost of a bird nest removal, they would have to have someone come out in person. That means a day off work and time wasted just for some basic questions. So I'm not blaming scheduling, but if in person quotes are the only model for doing business, that's a little ridiculous.

I have had Terminix for 13 years, service has alwasy been OK at best. Recently my home was over run with bees days after the my regular service. I called for service and was told it would take two weeks to get a tech out. I would estimate there are 2-400 bees outside my window (they are not honey bees). I do not recommend Terminix in the 495/93 corridor. I asked them to ecalate and the branch didn't respond. I asked for branch managers name and was told they can't share that information. I asked for the customer service reps manager, he said he didn't have one. I have been trying to escalate becuase this issue is in scope for my service and they should honor the contract. If that sounds like the type of company you want, Terminix is a good option. It is my understanding that we are serviced out of the Woburn branch, avoid at all costs.

Hire better salespeople! Sales 101 is understanding who the decision-maker is. I was the one asking the questions, yet David Eeley repeatedly directed his answers to my neighbor (who is a tall white guy). He got angry when I asked about the warranty. That was enough for me to decide not to hire him!

If I could give 0 stars I would! EVERYONE PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTRACTING THEM!!!!! Started off great, was promised they HAD to check every single station as they have to scan them for the report. We'll come to find out they've been skipping 10 stations or more everytime the past 3 months labeling them as inaccessible (yet they placed the traps) make it make sense. No way to contact them directly without putting in a request and that gives them 48 hours to call back otherwise you gotta call them back, again and again and again and again. Extremely overpriced and also went up 2 or 3 times over the past 2 years we used them WITHOUT NOTICE EITHER! But yet to cancel you have to give them 30 day notice so they can still collect your money and skip on some services (shocker). I would love for the branch manager to reach out to me so we can discuss this review and MAYBE get an updated review, or get a lawsuit against them, whatever they perfer.

This has been one of the worst service experiences. I am never informed about when the technician will arrive. I receive messages stating that the service is complete, even though no one has come. Later the technician arrived on time after my complaint and sent a message a day before, the same issue has occurred again. Even after raising this concern 3–4 times, I am still facing the same problem. This repeated pattern is extremely frustrating. I am being charged every month, but the services outlined in the contract are not being performed. This is unacceptable and needs immediate attention.

Terminix has been great at providing quarterly inspections of my house. They are prompt, thorough and always willing to check any area of the house that I have a concern about. They are also great at coming in between inspections if problems arise.

FRAUD. Our sales representative Michael Sullivan came to our house and explained to my husband and I a service they provided to add calking with metal all along the entire house. This service costs $2,500. Michael said this fee had to paid in advance so we paid. On 2 occasions Terminix sent their employees to take care of this service we paid for. The first employee had no idea what my husband and I were talking about. I called Michael and he said he would send another employee to take care calking the foundation. When this employee got here he said he was only here to set up traps. I called Terminix and canceled. I was assured I would receive my full refund I about 48 hours. Well 1 month later and 8 phone calls still no refund. Every person I have spoken to in the customer service department I feel is speaking from a script. Now I have to take time off from work to file a claim in court then go to court. Which leads to 2 days off from work. Do yourself and everyone you know to stay away from Terminix.
