Tech: My Terminix tech, Alexis, rocks! She’s five stars—personable, professional, and always happy to address whatever concerns I have. Contract: My one concern is Terminix’s pricing model. Prices seem to vary wildly from customer to customer. I have friends who are paying twice what I pay, even though they live only about two miles away and have a similarly sized home. It’s definitely worth shopping around and comparing prices. Termites: Terminix has a separate Termite Division, and this is where I had a very different experience. A Termite Representative tried to convince me that I had termites and pressured me to purchase a termite contract. I do not have termites. My advice: Be careful. Be smart. Do your research, and get a second opinion before signing a termite contract.

He goes the extra steps to inform me what potential problems there are Takes pictures and always makes me secure that my home is safe and secure as if it was his home. I have been dealing with Joe for over Six years and there are few people like him Terminex should have more people like him on there staff
