I would not recommend going with this company. The representative that initiates the service is like a politician. He conveys a thorough service and made many promises. They advertise a great service, but it’s almost impossible to get any follow up. Their response to customers is inadmissible. You will be so annoyed. In a time you need this service there is absolutely no ability to contact anyone!!!! Call center may be in Florida and there is never any local customer service. They make promises to call back .they put you on lengthy holds . They never do anything about the situation. The gentleman that came was amazing .A very hard worker . And was unable To furnish me with a local number. Not his fault the company is not reliable or trustworthy. And it’s quite expensive ! Go with a local small company. And I cannot understand why there is never a local manager one can speak with .It is like getting to see the wizard of oz ! I cannot recommend them . They should be reported to the better business bureau!
