Nicholas was the best exclusion tech i have encountered. He has helped me to feel confident that when I contact him, I will be heard, and given the respect I have not received from others on the exclusion team. Prior to Nicholas I had lots of empty promises & no shoes. Nicholas was the exact opposite. He had all the supplies he needed to put in the replacement vents & patch the holes. We were having some rain, he explained he would need dry weather for the mortar to set, all holes were patched but he would return to do mortar. Complete communication. Excellent customer service, great work ethic, excellent representative for the company. You need more like him.

PLEASE do not have them come out for a "free consultation!" They tricked us into thinking we were signing paperwork that we understood what we would get if approved for financing. We did not get approved, so we said we would let them know when we figured out how to pay. A week later they came out and started service saying we agreed to it!!! Our salesperson did NOT make that clear AT ALL and knew we didn't know we were agreeing. Absolutely shady company and practices!!!

If I could give them 0 stars i would. They took my money, thousands of dollars for a home exclusion service ans then did almost nothing. They patched up some siding and set a trap and never came back. They never baited the trap or caught anything. I tried to call over and over but they never showed. Absolutely useless. I now have a trap that has sat empty for a year.

Unreliable Service I Do Not Recommend Terminix I scheduled an appointment with Terminix last week, and no one showed up. After calling, the appointment was rescheduled for today, again, no one arrived at the scheduled time. When I called to follow up, I was told that a technician had contacted me and that I had approved rescheduling for the following day. That is completely inaccurate. I received no call, no message, and gave no such authorization. During the call, the representative attempted to contact local management for clarification but was unable to reach anyone. Roughly 30 minutes after I canceled the service due to the lack of communication and reliability, a technician unexpectedly showed up at my home. This experience reflects a clear breakdown in internal communication and coordination. When a company cannot manage basic scheduling and communication, it raises serious concerns about their ability to deliver consistent, dependable service. I cannot recommend Terminix based on this experience. If you’re looking for a company that values your time and honors scheduled appointments, consider Orkin instead.

This is the worst company ever!!! 😡 They did not show two appointments in a row after the first appointment, and the appointment, the guy said that he would be over after he was done with his customer and never came and today never showed, and we never got a call from the manager either!! And, now we want a refund and they are delaying on that too since we need the money for a more reliable and dependable company!

We had the pleasure of having Matte as our technician, and he was absolutely amazing. After a miscommunication with our salesperson, I honestly was not planning on sticking with Terminix. However, because of Matte, I decided to continue services. He made me feel completely comfortable and confident in the services I was receiving. He was very informative, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly while giving me helpful tips. He worked quickly, was professional, and got the job done efficiently. 10 out of 10 we truly appreciate his service!

Huge window 12-5 nobody showed up. Took my whole day off to have nobody show up. Called and was on hold for over 30 mins… and then hung up… they were very unprofessional and gave me the run around. I will be sticking with ORKIN as I have never had these issues with them. Lost a customer right as I was about to fork over $400.

Hello! Our service tech Matte Higley is very through and very customer oriented. We would like him to be our assigned tech from here on. We have been with Terminex for over 20+ years. Very satisfied with our service especially with our old tech who we had for 17 years. In the past 18 months we have had at least 6 different techs. They have all done a great job however there is no continuity. We have to educate the techs about our nature yard and our visiting hummers, every time there is a new tech change, which has been several as I have commented on. I understand Terminex was purchased by an English company and there has been lots of internal and International conflicts during the transition. The way we see this very long transition is,the only thing that has been consistent is the inconsistency. Which is not our problem, however it has become our problem as I have mentioned. As I mentioned earlier, Matte Higley is a tech who we would like to continue handling our service, can someone make that happen for us??? I am also curious about 2 other items. Why is it that our area has become a revolving door for managers. Seems to me, that means the top management has no clue of what is going on or the new English owners have no idea how to run a U.S. company and what the priorities should be? Also one last item, the English companies name, I hope that does not replace the name Terminex, because that really doesn't fit here on the U.S. Like your service and your techs. Would like to have just one in the future. Thanks Lary & Deborah

Horrible service and customers service makes you wait for ever. They do not return calls and the home service was a joke. The guy came to my house to remove mice, was told they cleaned out heat ducts and was told they would show possible entry points, that didn’t happen and put a few traps down then left. All thing I have been doing myself and could have done without them and they won’t refund because a service was rendered yet I wasn’t satisfied with the service so how do they justify that. Do a service and then the customer will know weather they liked it or not then decided to continue or cancel is usually how that works but not at terminix they said a service was done but how would I know I wasn’t satisfied without them giving me a reason to be? The whole process has been ridiculous and I will never return and I’ll be passing along to anyone else I know with any pest issues I know they will be losing at least three more customers unless this is resolved.
