Not only does our office staff here at Kirkwood Courts appreciate him, our residents do too. We stated using Terminix on the advice of another person in our condo association, I think about 8 years ago. The previous owner had unfortunately left behind a “bug problem”. We have always had the same technician, Ben, which fosters familiarity with our residence. His office schedules applications every 2 months, our chosen application schedule, and Ben always checks if we are having any increased insect issues and treats accordingly. If something becomes an issue between service calls, he will come out to remediate the situation. We have chosen to pay yearly, but could pay individually if desired. We have been very pleased with the service provided by Terminix
