I’ve experienced the same frustrations as other reviewers. I’ve called 4 times for an exclusion service visit. Two different appointments were scheduled. No one showed up of called for either appt. I called again and was told the district manager for my area would call. After a week with no call back I called again. I wanted the direct number for my local office. I was told they can’t provide that service but they would send another email to the district manager. After again not getting a call back I called again! This time I told them I wanted to cancel all services and wanted a full refund of the annual exclusion fee I paid. I was transferred twice and was told I’d get a call back regarding my refund request. I wonder if I’ll get a call back. I strongly doubt it.

Two scheduled appointments and no one showed up. Company seems sketchy. Update: Third time must be the charm. I rolled the dice 🎲 and have been having luck so far. From 1 to 3 stars as of 10/09/24.

If I could zero starts I would! I can’t describe the amount of stress and frustration that hiring this company has caused. Hired them for exclusion and pest control service. The initial appointments, they were quick to come out so they could bill me. Only problem is that the first service was exclusion, but the tech did a terrible job. He missed several entry points and the pest control tech stated that in his report the next day. The pest control tech suggested that I call and have the exclusion tech back out to finish the job. Here we are, 6 weeks later and a dozen calls into customer service to state complaints about not getting a call back to discuss the issue. They have the national company and the local branch, but the national company can’t do anything to assist me. They keep telling me that the local branch will call me and they just do not! At one point, I had the national branch actually schedule me another appointment to have the exclusion work completed and guess what - The tech didn't show up! That day I called the customer service line twice to assure that he was coming out. They stated that they sent him messages to call me and give me an accurate time window and I never got the call. After the no call no show, I again called customer service and then they had the audacity to tell me that the appointment was not "confirmed", yet the first two agents that I spoke top that day said no such thing. I cannot believe the lack of communication and organization in this company. Honestly this feels like a complete scam to bill me and hide without completing a service. Now here I am with a pest problem still and an invoice that I am disputing for WORK NOT COMPLETED, BUT AGAIN, CANNOT GET THE LOCAL BRANCH TO CALL ME BACK!!

Working with this company has been such a nightmare. Last August we spent over $3,000 for the exclusion from plan to get rid of squirrels and insure against future squirrel damage. Since then, we have been stood up over eight times. At least twice they have come without the personnel or ladder to access my roof, even after I made a note for them to bring those things when setting an appointment. And once they showed up out of the blue and accessed my roof without an appointment, although I asked them not to access my property without prior authorization. I have a trap on my house from last October that they promised to remove after a week. What a joke. Steven Palmer has blocked my number and is completely unresponsive. I am trying to get a refund, since we have not received even a fraction of the promised services, but I keep getting a run-around from the company. No one seems to know what they’re doing. Terminex has caused me more grief than the pests that I hired them to handle.

BEWARE: This company does not pay the contractors they HIRE when their technicians cause damage to customers homes. Steven Palmer from store #2310 was quick to call us for repairs and has not responded to our invoice payment request. We've called all the phone numbers provided in their customer service. The employees hang up on us, 3 times when we were able to get through to someone, we are told they are emailing the district manager in the area. The point is NO ONE is responsible. This is pretty sorry behavior from a National Brand. Judging their 100+ negative reviews, this is the norm. Most of all PATHETIC.

I’m very disappointed in lack of communication from this company. I have both pest control and exclusion services through Terminix and several times I have had the wrong team sent out for appointments. Whenever I call to make an appointment I’m told there are no available appointments and someone from the branch will reach out to me and no one ever does. I have asked multiple times to have my issues escalated to management and am told a manager will call me back. Of course no one ever does. Technicians never show up for appointment when they tell you they will be there. Resulting in no one being home and needing yet another appointment to be scheduled to complete a service.

I counted approximately 105 one star reviews for this company. That’s a lot of unhappy customers!! In my opinion , one star is too high. I have left text messages with no response. I have tried to leave voicemail messages just to discover that all your mailboxes are full. Tell me, how do you conduct business when no one can reach you. Here’s my guess. You block your unhappy customers phone numbers!! I noticed while reading some of the reviews that at least one of your customers was filing a lawsuit. Others filed complaints to the BBB. I really hope they were successful. Also, my complaint is similar to your other customers complaints. Disrespected & ripped off!!!

Had a great experience when I called to schedule appointment. The rep was helpful and pleasant. My appointment was scheduled today from 8AM to 10AM. Nobody ever showed or called. Waste of my time.

The service was misleading, and we are left a dead squirrel in our wall. We are now dealing with an infestation of flies inside our house from the rotting squirrel carcass left behind. I was told we were covered for a year of pest control, including any new pests and our initial squirrel issue. Now I am told that flies and other insects are not included, and that it’s my fault for not asking. I only got the “exclusion” contract not covered for “general” pests. A pest is a pest. This was not made clear at all. The words of the inspector should align with the fine print on the contract. No more squirrels are getting in from the spot that we found ourselves and showed the inspector. He didn’t come inside to see if there was anything in the attic or anywhere but outside. He told us that this service covers any additional pests for a full year. Not so, unfortunately taking care of flies is extra. Apparently it’s my fault for not asking him about each individual pest and if they’re included. Again a pest is a pest. Be very careful with this company. They are misleading and will charge extra for any additional services, even though that’s not what they tell you from the start.
