Josh, from Terminix , came to my house today. He was very thorough in his treatment and the customer service was exceptional. After some “not so great” issues with Terminix in the past, dealing with Josh was a breath of fresh air. I hope that he is the one that comes back when it’s time for the next visit. Thanks, Josh!

After not being able to get repairs to equipment for nearly three months, Jim Luck and Joshua Owensby came thru for us and we are so grateful! My father had been trying to get repairs done since the beginning of May, 2025 with no luck. He passed this last Monday still upset about the lack of concern and service that he had received even though he had financed (7k) the equipment Terminix said they needed for their home. They knew the risks of the blowers fans left off but still, no one came. It took me a week after my father’s passing to remedy the problem that remained a needle in his side all the months before not because he didn’t have contacts, because I pulled the cell number to the supervisor from his wallet. I won’t mention his name because this post is a 5 star review. Jim Luck thank you for hearing my squeaky wheel and Joshua Owensby you are great at what you do and have such compassion. He showed up hours before I expected him because he was aware of the issues. He’s super knowledgeable of his trade and is very professional. I’m not sure what his position is with Terminix but he will go far! They are lucky to have him. We are up and running again and know who to call if we have issues in the future. We had our annual termite inspection. Matthew Brown, our service tech, was punctual, professional, and courteous. He is an asset to the Terminix team. He demonstrated to us how he checks each bait station for termites and other pests. He checked each bait station and then gave us a verbal report and then sent a written report of his findings.

Nobody seems to know what's going on. Someone said they were coming two or three times, i sit here and wait and nobody comes and nobody calls. Its been like 3 months and they still haven't done what we asked for. Nobody will return phone calls. Absolutely horrible experience.

Shelby is such a sweetheart! We had a brief misunderstanding, but we were able to clear it up with open communication. She’s truly the heart of the team—always showing up with a warm and welcoming spirit for every service and extras! This was my first time ever having a lady technician and she does her job WELL! She has combated a few pest for me and I haven’t had any problems from those previous pest.
