I had an appointment scheduled for yesterday between 3-5. I received a text from “Gage” just before 3 saying it needed to be rescheduled, and to let him know a good time next week. I called the number to reschedule, and to express my frustration as that meant another week with squirrels in my walls. I never heard back, so I texted him to reschedule, and never got a response. I still have not heard from anyone. Overall a bad way to conduct business.

We’ve used Terminix for years and have had the same technician the whole time. He’s always professional and takes the time to explain things clearly. We run a small business from home and get packages from all over, so I was finding a few dead insects near where I store them. Our technician explained that they were likely hitching a ride in the shipments, and the fact that they were already dead just shows the treatments are working! Really happy with the service we get from Terminix. Consistent, effective, and professional. Highly recommend.
