Never showed up. I wasted my entire day for Justin at Terminix who never showed nor responded to messages from the main office trying to find him. He is incredibly unprofessional and unreliable. Main office called his manager Ron and he didn’t pick up. I made this appointment weeks in advance. Why would anyone continue with a company that can’t even show up to their initial appointment.

The price is a little rough but we’ve been suffering with bedbugs for while and got a quote with somebody else but ended up going with Terminix and the person who treats the house has been nothing but amazing his name is Keith. Since going through Terminix we haven’t spotted any new bed bugs gives me and my family peace of mind.

Justin was great to work with he explained everything we had going on outside and the fact that the high humidity effects the chemicals they used to spray. He was patient and we really enjoyed having him out here!

Terrible customer service!! I called last week to set up service. The rep Constantino, kept putting me on hold saying that he was trying to reach someone (no worries, I understood). He had me on hold for a while, again, I understand. He comes back on to tell me that he can't reach whomever he was trying to reach and someone will call me back within 48 hours. No one ever called. I called yesterday 5/3, to follow-up and see what happened. There was no record of anyone to call me and no service was set up. The rep stated that the previous rep was wrong. She stated that she had to get me to another department and that I had a previous bill that needed to be paid. Ok no problem. She started my services, took my payment information and advised me that terminix would be out the next day (Saturday). I asked her if she was sure the come out on weekends, she assured me Yes. Imagine my surprise when I check my email to now find out, after I changed my weekend plans that, they're not coming until 5/9!!!! I called them back to speak with a supervisor because this is getting out of hand. What kind of customer service is this when i just paid 277.00 with no problem. The rep queener, gives me the number to the district office. I asked specifically to speak with a supervisor, the supervisor Amy C refuses to take the call and says that she can't "override " the district decision. She doesn't even know what I wanted to say or ask!!! At this point I don't trust anything they say and I will be looking for alternative company. Monday I will be calling for a refund on the new services if they even processed it!
