The support and communication were available and helpful as we went through a crazy time, with two adult raccoons. Thankfully, the critters ran away, so the guys didn’t need to trap them. Exclusions were built to bar them from returning.

Terminix made sure to hit everything hard right away. They continue to come for general maintenance and anytime we call in between services they show up right away to help with any need we’ve had for the last 2 years. We appreciate the bug control so much.
