We have had some crawlspace repair as well as pest services and insulation services through Terminix. It has been the worst experience. They fear mongered us into a $23,000 loan, and yet their service have not helped our collapsing foundation. We've had problems with the floor Jacks they added, and they missed putting some in and don't adjust them. We still have mice and bugs despite their "pest services". The system they put in for humidity control is not working. Whenever we call to get them to fix the issues, communication is terrible. They say they will have someone come out, and they almost never do. If they come out, they pretend to do something but never end up fixing anything. We may need to contact a lawyer for the lack of upholding our contract for such a large amount of money. Here is a picture of a floor jack they installed, and their refusal to put the missing one on the other end to actually hold up the beam. They told us they replaced it, but lo and behold, it's still not there.
