Communication is off had an appointment for Saturday from 8-11 woke up early to make sure we didn’t miss them. They no call no showed. Rescheduled my inspection for a Tuesday from 5-7 same thing no call no show. We have bats with two little girls and I can’t say enough how disappointing this experience was. No one has any answers and no one can get ahold of techs… wouldn’t recommend

Dalton has been AMAZING. We have had him at two houses and he treats each home with so much respect and care. Protects it as he would his own home. Above and beyond for sure, my family and I can live in our bug/critter free bubble. Does the best job taking out wasp nests, spiderwebs and unwanted critters.

He’s very patient knowledgeable and overall a good person he has Took a tremendous weight off of my husband and I shoulders. We really appreciate it. Always appreciate the great service these guys provide! John Gaona is really friendly and great at what he does. He always makes sure that my home is taken care of. Also does some work on the outside of my home and taking down cob webs. I greatly recommend this company and they also offer affordable plans. Which makes it even better.

Lee has been very patient, thorough, professional, and kind. Im a lot to take, especially concerning bugs and phobias, and Lee met me within days of having my 3rd child (other moms will understand) and he was very clear and calm as I was a tornado of fear and emotion. He was amazing how he got into my attic. I have other Terminex inspectors that have just said I can’t get up there. Their were just lazy. I have waited over a year for someone until Crystal got the inspection right away. His name is Jarred Petsch. He is amazing. So I better pay him well so he stays with your Company

Do not contract with Terminix. If I had to do it all over again, I would select a local rodent control company. Terrible customer service. We hired Terminix...

Both Troy and Lee were super knowledgeable and thorough in their inspection and explanation. They were friendly and answered all of our questions. My grandparents absolutely did not want anyone coming into their house but they were patient with my grandparents and made them feel comfortable. Great customer service!! As a bonus they made a change to their schedule just a little to make it work for my grandparents and to get out ASAP. They Gave updates on arrival and Showed up on time. I would 100% recommend them.

Overall a disappointing experience- last year we had some mice in the house and Terminix's inspector came out and was great. This year another pest issue popped up and I have been no-showed on two inspection appointments. The first one the inspector called me 4 hours ahead of my appointment window and asked if I could meet then, I said I couldn't but I would still be able to meet during the scheduled window. Once the appointment window came around, I did not hear from him again. I followed up with Customer Service to reschedule and they took my preferred appointment time and said I would hear back in 24 hours about my rescheduled appointment. I waited 2 days with no callback from Customer Service before I called back to make sure I was rescheduled. The rep confirmed my rescheduled appointment date/time. I have now been no-showed on my rescheduled appointment today, the inspector never reached out during the window as well. I will be looking for another company at this point because of the lack of promptness from the inspectors for appointments.
