After setting up an appointment on Friday Oct 3rd 2025, set the appointment for Monday Oct 6th 2025 between 5pm and 7pm. That Monday, at 4:30 pm I received a call from a tech named Troy telling me that he was on his way back from Nebraska City, ( is 45 miles away ) and would not make it for the appointment. Seriously? you have plenty of time, give me a break. I returned his call only to get voice mail back to back. In his message he stated that he would make it the next day by 3pm. I called customer service to let them know he didnt make it again. The CSR messaged him a few times while I was on the phone asking him to contact me and to follow through with the appointment. Nothing, no show. I called again and spoke with another CSR that told me they would discuss the situation with a supervisor and that this was not acceptable. Still no response and a no show. What kind of company are you running? I'll tell you, it's a joke of a company, that's the truth. We got so fed up with the bs games from the company that we called another company and they showed up right away and took care of our problem. So I will say this, if you are looking for a reputable pest control company in and around the Omaha NE area that takes care of the customer then call Greenix. Terminix is the worst. What a joke!

The Terminix technicians, Mark, Crystal, and Manny did an excellent job fixing my termite issues. They arrived on time did a professional job and explain the process not to mention cleaning up after themselves and completing the job in a timely manner.

We have been dealing with bedbugs in our house, and so glad we used Terminix to address it. Their bedbug expert Lee is very knowledgeable and professional. It’s hard to find any peace of mind in a situation like this but now I’m confident it’s being dealt with properly! Update: it’s now been almost two months and we haven’t had any further problems.

Signed up with Terminix with the promise of prompt and consistent scheduling. Which is why we went with them instead of their other competitor. The first application the tech forgot the mouse traps. Told us he would return with the traps and did not. The second visit was a no-show by the technician. They charge your credit card but won't refund you for not completing the service. Called the tech about not showing up and didn't respond. I text the sales person, never responded. You can not get a refund even if they do not show up. We juggled our schedules so that they could get into the home. How does anyone get service in a two hour window when you have an actual job.

I’ve had Brad from Terminex now for 8 years. He is always punctual and respectful. I’ve had a good experience as long as I have had the service. He calls before and after, leaves me an email of the service performed and/or explains to me what he thinks should be done and what he’s gonna do to resolve the issue. I can trust him around or inside of my residence. He always carries a smile and has a good attitude. I have no complaints at all and will continue with him. Thanks Brad!!

No show not once but twice. Set up 1st appointment …….no show, no call. Set up second appointment thinking I’ll give them some grace…….no show, no call no nothing! Had to give at least one star to be able to share this sad case of “We don’t need your business.” To update this: I just received this text the day after my appointment. I’m serious when I say this has to be some kind of joke. I can’t believe ANY business could even be in business with kind of customer service.

Called to schedule an inspection for my grandparents, and spoke with Dedra. We knew she wasn't feeling well, but she still did an awesome job helping us! Not only was she extremely helpful, but she was so very kind. Hopefully Dedra is given the credit she deserves. Also, the inspections are FREE! Everywhere else we got quotes from, were all $100+ just for the initial inspection, and the soonest availability was at least 3 days away, and extremely early in the morning. With TERMINIX, my grandparents' FREE inspection is scheduled for less than 24 hours away, and at a decent time. My review is 5 stars right now, solely because of how amazing Dedra was! Hopefully, after the services are done, it stays at 5 stars.

Over the years, we have been satisfied with the services provided by Terminex. However, we encountered a significant issue when we were assigned a young technician who performed subpar work and even bragged about his own laziness. (He deserved a -5 star review). Within a year, our home was infested with a variety of pests, including Asian Beetles, ants, spiders, roaches, millipedes, centipedes and mice, causing considerable discomfort and distress. Fortunately, after several complaints and requesting return services, we were fortunate to be assigned a NEW technician named Brad. Brad has proven to be an exceptional professional who is diligently addressing our concerns and restoring our home’s livability. Brad can be characterized by his thoroughness, attention to detail, and commitment to providing high-quality work. Brad maintains a professional demeanor and does not get frustrated when we identify problem areas. Brad is efficient, reliable, a good communicator and proactive in offering suggestions to enhance our home’s pest control measures. Thank you Terminex for hearing us and sending out your top notch tech, Brad, to our rescue. We are now more confident about walking barefoot in the house again. :)
