I had called Terminex because I was concerned that I might have bedbugs from a previous hotel visit. When I called, I spoke with Sean, and he was incredibly sensitive and pleasant, and assured me that if there was anything there they would take care of it. He gave me options of times and dates, and was able to set up an assessment for the very next day. Fred Radnow came to my house and thoroughly and inspected any areas that could be causing an issue. He did not find anything but showed me what to look for and what to set in place for extra security measures. I can honestly, say this was the best customer service I have ever received from any company. I took his card and will definitely use it to call him if anything arises with this issue or any other issue I may have concerning creepy crawlies. I highly recommend Terminix and Fred.

Formal Complaint Regarding Service and Request for Resolution I am writing to formally express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service we have received regarding the bat removal and sealing work conducted at our home. While I wish to emphasize that this is not a complaint about any individual technician, as all technicians we have interacted with have been professional and courteous, my concern is focused on the poor follow-up and service coordination, which appears to be a management or service coordination issue. We paid for a service that included bat removal and sealing of our home. As part of this, a temporary repair was made by installing aluminum metal at the peak of the house to prevent bat reentry, which was identified by your on-site technicians as a short-term solution. We were informed that a follow-up visit would be scheduled to inspect the attic for any signs of bat return and to perform a more permanent and aesthetically appropriate repair in accordance with standard construction practices. This follow-up occurred just this week, without prior notice or communication, and the siding repair that was completed does not meet reasonable workmanship standards. Despite multiple attempts to contact your team—via phone calls, text messages, and discussions with technicians during visits for other services—I have yet to receive any communication from management. The continued lack of response has been unacceptable, especially given the critical nature of this work. I have requested follow-up numerous times, but there has been no attempt from management to address these concerns. Furthermore, there have been significant issues with improper charges on my credit card, including charges that are inconsistent with our contract. For example, a $1 tick-related service charge was applied at a higher rate. Although there has been some correction of these improper charges, the billing discrepancies remain a source of ongoing frustration, compounding an already unsatisfactory service experience. I kindly request immediate attention to the following: 1. The follow-up visit to inspect the attic and complete the permanent exterior repair is now complete; however, the quality of workmanship is unacceptable and does not meet reasonable industry standards. 2. A comprehensive review and correction of any improper charges made to my account, as these issues have only been partially addressed. 3. Clear and direct communication moving forward to avoid further confusion or delays. To date, the communication from your team has been among the worst I have experienced in this industry. I want to stress that this complaint is not simply an isolated incident but reflects broader issues within your service coordination and management. I urge you to address these concerns to prevent similar issues from affecting other customers. The lack of follow-up and the poor workmanship fail to meet the implied standard of care and good faith execution of the agreement. Seems like there is a common theme in complaints. This issue does not appear to be an isolated issue.

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Terminix. We spent $3400 to get our mice issue in the attic resolved. As suggested by them we got the original insulation removed and had them blow in new insulation. From the day we called them we had issues as the technician for inspection did not show up on time. As we thought they were a pest control company we gave them the work. On the day the technician showed up with a faulty blower and could not finish the work in the whole day. He left the work unfinished and said he will be back by the end of the week. In spite of unfinished work to my horror they went ahead and charged my card for the full amount. After that it took a lot of follow ups, and they ended up taking almost a month to finish the work. Calling up their supervisor does not work as he does not pick up his phone. My overall experience with Terminix has been frustrating and unsatisfactory. I expected a level of professionalism and expertise but instead, I received poor service and lack of accountability. I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

Andrew Bulman and his partner came to my house and checked the attic, garage, crawl space and exterior home for rodents & wildlife. They went above and beyond and replaced the seal on the garage door. They were very thorough and reported no issues. I would highly recommend them for your rodent & wildlife issues.

A total nightmare. Charged almost $350 for a service that was canceled weeks prior. Had 3 techs sent out to my home in error on for this canceled service. Have been unable to get in touch with Dan the manager of the Hamilton branch to. Left him 3 voicemails and no calls back. Waiting on a call back from the regional manager.

Unfortunately there is no 0 stars for such a horrible company that takes advantage of hard working families. DO NOT USE Terminix! We had the worst customer service, experience and satisfaction ever. They’ve even unfairly sent my wife’s account to a debt collector, for a service charge we were not responsible for, since we had already closed the account. I hope this review helps someone who is thinking about hiring Terminix.

2024 We didn't have any issues with Terminix as long as we didn't need them. For $200 a quarter they provided 4 treatments around our home, Joe the technician was always very friendly. When we absolutely needed help with mice in June my wife was not able to get service. She made 3 calls to schedule, each time the appointment got lost or canceled, the third appointment would have been a week or more out. "Simply the best Pest control" of Clinton came out within 1 day of our call during peek season. We canceled our Terminix account 1 month after my quarterly payment. Terminix "policy" does not allow for a pro-rated credit for the remaining quarter. They suggest you wait out your quarter and cancel then. They also explain that 1 treatment is the cost of the $200 quarterly payment. Christina who was very friendly on the phone, apologized because the company was trying to service all there customers but couldn't possibly keep up with all the pests during peek season... (really??) a multi national company lile Terminix?? I can't believe it. Disappointing considering we have been loyal customers for 2 years. Terminix business model is collect as many quarterly payments, customer service be damned. Stay away, would not recommend.

Terrible service. Paid $1200, then hardly show up for pest removal, charged $213 for a renewal when I was told it'd be just $80 and again don't show up for removal. Home has several dead mice I had to remove myself. Kept calling them to dispute the renewal, but no one ever calls back or takes any action. Called them to come and do a pest removal, customer rep said he will setup an appointment 2-3 weeks out and actually never did. Called back in 3 weeks and now waiting for yet more time. Their turnaround time is 4-5 days just to setup an appointment. So you'll have dead mice in your home for atleast that time. Can you accept that after paying $1200? Worst possible service you can hope for. Stay away.
