We have a small apartment house and we’ve been using Terminix for many years. We’ve had the same guy all the time. his name is Andrew. Ive never really bother writing a review about anybody for any services I received, but I think Andrew definitely deserves a compliment . He’s a really nice person and very patient and very cooperative. I really felt his company should know what a good representative that have . I wanted to reach out and let everybody know what a great job he does.

Worst company ever they owe me a refund the $535 since early April and I’ve got nothing but excuses and delays and nobody knows anything. I would never do business with this company ever again and I would caution anybody that has integrity and wants to work with an honest vendor to go somewhere else I hear orkin i does a great job. Refund my money !! 7/7/25. Still no refund … absolutely the worst company ever. Just heard back from them -,with a completely insincere apology…. And requesting my address. I’ve given them this information 5 times before … they continue to be the worst. After more than 100 days of calls and emails to this buff company called terminex they finally sent me my refund check and then they had the gall to call me to make sure that I got it and wanted to say sorry I was in no mood to accept any apology from this company and I still say bewaredoing business with these people they will take your money and you will have a frustrating circumstance getting your money back

My Terminix Pro, Jan Kim is amazing. His calm demeanor and handling of the situations I call him about at my job keeps me happy. He has dealt with the bugs that think we are their home, to the mice that find holes and tunnel into the building so they sit on our desktops overnight. He handles it all so professionally. Called terminox yesterday and was immediately impressed that they could give me an appt same day with a 2 hr window. They never showed up and nobody called. A half hour after the 2 hr wait, I called to ask what happened. They said, oh I'll call to see if they're *still* coming. Didn't hear from anyone the entire day. This morning at 9 i received a call from the tech and I had to tell him he was supposed to come yesterday. He seemed clueless and indifferent to being a no show and asked if I wanted to reschedule. And this is the way they treat a potential new customer...
