Called terminox yesterday and was immediately impressed that they could give me an appt same day with a 2 hr window. They never showed up and nobody called. A half hour after the 2 hr wait, I called to ask what happened. They said, oh I'll call to see if they're *still* coming. Didn't hear from anyone the entire day. This morning at 9 i received a call from the tech and I had to tell him he was supposed to come yesterday. He seemed clueless and indifferent to being a no show and asked if I wanted to reschedule. And this is the way they treat a potential new customer...

Beware of this scam! We canceled one of the worst pest control services we've ever experienced, but they continue to send technicians anyway. These technicians are incredibly sneaky—they show up, sit in their cars for 30 minutes doing nothing, then leave as if they’ve completed the service. When we contacted customer service, they falsely claimed we had signed a contract. However, when we asked for a copy of the supposed signed agreement, they couldn't provide one—because we never signed anything! This company is running a shady operation. Avoid them at all costs and don’t fall for their deceptive practices. Save yourself from being scammed like we were.
