When he arrived, he let me know and asked if there were any new problem bugs to treat. He respects that I prefer outdoor treatment only and that works well for my home. .

The NM Terminex branch is apparently merging with a couple of other local companies, so getting my quarterly service automatically scheduled fell through the cracks. But when I contacted the company they scheduled someone to come out the following week. My technician was excellent: extremely professional, on time, and knowledgeable. If I could rate him separately, I’d give him 5 stars. The fact that I had to remind the company to fulfill our service contract is what drive down my rating. Unfortunately I had a very similar experience in my last home in GA. Not sure what’s going on in the scheduling department, but once you can consistently get on the service route, everything is great.

Chuck has been doing regular service for the family for years, always helpful thorough and intentional in his work. We appreciate all he has done to help us with pest and insect control and is always responsive when there's emergencies. Their tech Jonathan is super nice super professional does a really good job. He sprayed the backyard. Treated for ants. Sprayed the front yard. Treated for ants sprayed inside the house because we were having issues with mosquitoes and spiders. Overall, very good experience. Would definitely Recommend Terminex to other people.

Update to review: I contacted Terminix national customer service to see about the $50 rebate and was told that my account was closed and that there was nothing that could be done. Ironically, I have just received a text from the local office about a new scheduled Terminix service on my property within 2 days. I did not schedule the service. National customer service with Terminix has let me know that my account remains closed. Why am I receiving a noticed from the local affiliate about a scheduled service? I do not want or need this service, and never asked for it. Take me off your contact list. -- Recently scheduled a first-time pest removal service and was promised a $50 discount by the corporate customer service agent, as I am a new customer. The discount was never applied to the services. I have called back four times to Terminix corporate, and every time I am put on hold and transferred to multiple departments. It has now been about a month and I have never received the 50 dollars promised, despite being given a confirmation number and being told in great and laborious detail how the money would be sent to my checking account. I don't believe in scams or lying to customers. The technician was helpful, and the service was as stated, but I cannot get over the detail of promising something, and not giving it. This will be the first and the last time I use Terminix.

I called Terminix and was disappointed to hear they don’t service our area. The woman who answered the phone was from some other state and she was also perplexed their system said it didn’t. She called back and said she found someone through a different system and he would be calling. Sammy was great! He called right away and we got him to the house quickly. After his evaluation he got them scheduled to treat 2 days later. Oh did I mention it was a Saturday that I called. Terminix is our new pest control after this experience. Now I have to cancel the old company.
