Our tech Jonathan was fantastic. He went beyond our expectations. He is very pleasant,knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend Terminix if all your techs are like Jonathan because in the past we had some techs that were not very pleasant or professional. I almost went with another company. Thank you.

Our previous tech was great and would actually listen and spray everywhere that was needed. The last two times someone came out they were here less than 5 minutes and the amount of bugs has been the same. That’s my fault for not canceling before the last visit. For $169.98 I expect better results than the cheap “home defense” spray from Lowes. If you only have cockroach’s and occasionally ants do yourself a favor and just get the cheap jug from your favorite box store and spray yourself. It works better since you will take the time to spray everywhere completely!
