Impossible to get hold of a real, local person. Every number available is routed to the call center, and the people that pick up the phones can never help you. Anyway, we have a contracted rate which they're trying to change. The call center person said the rates are subject to change, and I asked her where on the contract it states that, and she was unable to answer that because they don't have access to our contracts, and she said that I needed to talk to the local branch. Unfortunately, I can't get a hold of the local branch because it goes right back to the call center. The product itself is great. Just pray you don't need customer service.

We all absolutely love Luis, who is the service technician assigned by Terminix. He is so thorough with his inspections, he always checks all the rat trap stations, replenishes the bait. He is also very attentive to our any other needs. We found a ton of yellow jackets in and around the house this summer. He came twice for service, always so thorough and ensures that we are protected. Overall I love Terminix because of the work Luis does, thank you so much. Anytime we need anything we can reach out to him and he is always attentive, and fits us in the schedule as soon as possible
