Unfortunately, I was not home at the time of my quarterly maintenance inspection. However, Amir, as always, was very thorough and professional. He called two days prior to the visit to inform me that he would be there between 10 AM and noon that day. On the day of the appointment, he arrived at approximately 10:22 am. Then thoroughly inspected, and treated, the outside perimeter of the house. When he was finished, he called my cell phone to let me know that the service was completed and asked if there were any other concerns or issues that I needed to have addressed before he left the property. I had no concerns at that time. However, Amir instructed that if anything was to occur between now and the next quarterly scheduled maintenance service, to call the office and, he will come out to handle the issue. As the warmer weather approaches, I’m sure Amir will be here to remove several wasps nests from under my deck.

I have a problem with ants and spiders. Teylor came and sprayed the house and foundation. I have seen one since. No ants. He was very informative and accommodating. I enjoyed the visit. So glad to have done this. Really tired of spiders!
