My former landlord used Terminex and my name was still in their database after 15 years! I currently own my home and recently started getting carpenter ants and didn't know where they were coming from. I tried over the counter products that were unsuccessful. After researching several exterminators, I chose Terminex because of their high ratings and well known brand in the business. Customer service gave me varying information when I signed up and followed up on service, treatment plan. However, my technician John was excellent, he has 28 years of experience, is very knowledgeable, patient and spent time with me to discuss my treatment, plan for carpenter ants. He's very thorough, communicative, and I highly recommended him.

I have been using Terminix for years now and the service has been phenomenal. The Ronkonkoma branch is top tier. Our technician Christopher is amazing. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable, always shows up on time, and an overall nice guy. He is always able to eliminate the pests we are dealing with. I have also had the pleasure of meeting Andrew, the branch manager. Very nice guy and also very professional. We were having an issue with mice coming in under our front porch and Andrew came to personally inspect and fix the area. He could have charged us a lot of money for an exclusion service without me ever knowing what work was really done, but instead he said that he did not need to charge us what was originally agreed upon, stating that it wasn’t too bad and didn’t feel it was necessary. That kind of honesty and professionalism is hard to come by! My wife and I are very pleased with our service and we will continue to use this Terminix branch for all of our pest control needs! Thank you everyone at the Ronkonkoma branch!

I've been a Terminix customer for over 10 years, initially seeking preventative care after a tree removal revealed traces of termites. Thankfully, I've never had a problem! For the entirety of that time, John U. has been my technician, and he is truly outstanding. John is reliable, knowledgeable, personable, responsive, and an absolute professional. He's a pleasure to work with and always takes the time to address any questions or concerns I have promptly and thoroughly. I am notified in advance of all appointments and receive full reports of each visit as well. Any concerns I have between visits he quickly addresses.
