Our service tech is Alex and he’s always a pleasure to work with. Very personable, always gives us a heads up the day before he comes and checks in to see if we have any trouble spots. He always follows up afterwards and reviews anything he finds (or doesn’t find!) and makes sure to close all the gates behind him. And those of us with animals know how important that can be! There were a few times over the summer we had some Yellowjacket hives that needed immediate intervention. I was able to call and Alex came that same day to handle it. He then followed up with us directly the following day. Truly unbelievable service. Thank you Alex!

Horrible service!!!! Stay away! They are quick to come and sign a contract. After that you will have to beg them to provide the service you’re paying for. They sent me two texts on different occasions asking me to rate the service the technicians never provided. The appointments were made but the exterminator never showed up they are getting paid without doing their job. I called corporate office and nothing was resolved. They give me the run around said they would contact the office in Staten Island. I am still waiting for a call to reschedule. I was given phone numbers by cooperate office I called the numbers but no one never answers I leave messages and they don’t call me back. However, if you’re one day late with the payment they are harassing you. Stay away!!! You are better off finding a local small business and deal with them. I am waiting to end my contract. When I told them I was going to end my contract they threatened me with removing the bait they set for termites.

My technician Dvir is awsome! He comes right away when I call him. He comes every 3 months, but if I have any problems in between, all I have to do is call him. He is very polite and pleasant, and he really knows what he's doing. He always shows up on time. I would recommend him to anybody.
