My technician Dvir is awsome! He comes right away when I call him. He comes every 3 months, but if I have any problems in between, all I have to do is call him. He is very polite and pleasant, and he really knows what he's doing. He always shows up on time. I would recommend him to anybody.

I took over the contract when I bought my house in 2018. I've had no issues for the first several years however this year has been a disaster. For my first inspection date this year the guy called to cancel. Things happen. The second person showed up without an appointment when I was in Mexico. He rang my doorbell left and I received a text saying my inspection had been completed. I had to call to remedy that and to get another appointment. This Saturday no one called or showed despite me calling to confirm in the morning. I called after and was promised I would get a phone call from a manager and another Saturday date. I did not receive a phone call and instead received a text this morning telling me we have an appointment this Thursday when I will be at work. I had to call back today and apparently the last rep filled out the wrong form so it wasn't escalated to a manager and I was promised another phone call from a manager. I just want the inspection I paid for and am owed
