I’m someone who relies a lot on others reviews, but is too lazy to post one myself. I have to do a 180 because of Rich at Terminex, they deserve all the energy I can muster to give them as much praise as I can. We had an infestation of fleas that just wouldn’t go away, thanks to the persistence of Rich Terminex the fleas no more. He was responsive pleasant and wouldn’t give up until they were all gone. I highly recommend Rich and the Terman team in Ronkonkoma.

They're quick to come initially to inspect and sell, but haven't come back yet. The ext didn't bring 2 necessary items, so I didn't get what I paid for. Called twice and they keep changing appt. Signing up with them was expensive & apparently a huge mistake! I'm not getting the service promised! Waiting for a call back. So disappointed!!

Earlier this week, Terminix's technician Dashawn Grant came over to our house to do our scheduled termite check. Mr. Grant was friendly, thorough, meticulous, and very helpful, completely answering my wife's questions about the status of our property after he had finished his inspection. A few days later, going to Terminix's website, we found a PDF file containing the report on his visit, detailing the results. We are very happy with Terminix!
