Totally unreliable, called them several times over a 10 days period, for an urgent VA termite inspection, and each and every time being promised to be called back in 24 hours to schedule the inspection, which never happened.

I called because we heard mice in our ceiling. They came and assessed the house. They told us we had mice in our basement and attic. They came in and redid our insulation for both. They left behind garbage bags in my basement filled with the old insulation. They left open space in the ceiling in the basement. Then they did not follow up like they were supposed to. We had issues with technicians saying they came to the house and nobody was home. But we were home all day and nobody came. Then they were always late. After thousands of dollars we still have a mouse problem. All they did was take our money. Such a scam. If I could give them a zero star review I would.

Slow communication, barely hear back for weeks, took months to finish a job. And less than 2 months later after “completing” the job another bat in the house. Poor work. Poor customer service. Should look for another company if you’re in need.
