We all absolutely love Luis, who is the service technician assigned by Terminix. He is so thorough with his inspections, he always checks all the rat trap stations, replenishes the bait. He is also very attentive to our any other needs. We found a ton of yellow jackets in and around the house this summer. He came twice for service, always so thorough and ensures that we are protected. Overall I love Terminix because of the work Luis does, thank you so much. Anytime we need anything we can reach out to him and he is always attentive, and fits us in the schedule as soon as possible

10/10 experience! Kendre came during the allotted time and quickly resolved my issue. We discovered bat droppings and found that a small bat was living in the vent of our attic. Kendre removed the bat and closed up the vents. I’d highly recommend!
