I Tried Getting ahold of someone to schedule an appointment. I was needing them To come respray since nothing changed after the first time spraying. I Waited 20 minutes or more on the phone just for someone to answer and tell me they didn’t see any scheduling availability on file in my area. Expect a return phone call within 48hrs. Multiple times of this has led me to express my anger with this over priced watered down spray company! Poorly managed booking. Multiple call outs for same purpose and never gets any better. About to cancel subscription and buy my own supply at Lowe’s.

Excellent communications from the office and field specialist. One always knows what the other is doing g and has told the customer. That’s rare these days. The after service report is always punctual, clear, concise and easy to understand. Highly recommend!!!

I just recently bought my first home & I have been looking for the best company to do preventative pest control. I’m so glad I went with Terminix!! I just had my first visit from Terminix today, the technician David was great! He kept great communication leading up to today’s appointment & called ahead when he was on the way, just as I requested! He was very kind & explained everything he was doing to protect our home so well! I highly recommend Terminix to anyone looking for pest control!

Paid for services in May 2024. They only came out 3 times since May. We are now in February 2025. I stopped paying and tried to cancel and they would not allow me to cancel. Kept trying to charge me. TWICE, we had an appointment for them to come out and spray and they did not show up, call, or nothing. Zero communication. Cancelled this time and they still charged my card for monthly service. Waiting on a request back to get refunded. Have fun paying for services you do not receive.

Dealing with Terminix as a business, and expecting any communication as a customer from them is beyond painful. Appointments get scheduled which aren't fulfilled, no communication is given as to why or to reschedule. Can't even cancel their service clearly without going through my Credit Card company and many terminix departments on the phone, most of whom can't acknowledge my customer record despite giving a Customer and Sales Agreement Numbers. Technicians were ok but 10/10 would not deal with this business again.
