Don't waste your time with this company. Call for free evaluation guy Never came out. Just had a picture sent to him scheduled a week in advance for my only day off and they scheduled me late afternoon, which means I'll have to find a hotel room for something to stay in, and of course they don't pay for that. And of course, their customer service cannot do their jobs.

Scott and Ken did a great job. We had a bat infestation in our upstairs bedrooms. Jeff came out the day after I called them. They were very friendly and informative. Like to give Terminix a shout out for the WORST service ever!!! They took my $371 auto payment for the yearly maintainence plan 7 weeks ago and still have not provided the service. The first scheduled appointment they were a no show for the scheduled time, the recheduled morning appointment they sent me an email midmorning that they were not be able to come and the third reschedule of the previously rescheduled appointment they sent a service person that was not trained in exclusion preventative plan inspection. I was advised by both the customer service and the service rep that management would call me, needless to say I have not heard from anyone. Unfortunately, their time appears to be more valuable than their customers' time especially after they have already received their payment. Also tried to send an email to the executive leadership at Terminix; however the email addresses on their website come back as Address not found. My only option was to share my experience via the review with anyone that is in search of a pest control company so that they will not have the same experience. Terminix is the PERFECT example of how NOT to treat customers as they are truly not worthy of even a one star rating.

This company sucks. I would not recommend them to anyone. They take your money and don’t get the job done right. They never get back to you after calling like 10 times and you have to talk to someone at a call center. Can never talk to a branch manager. They should be put out of business. I don’t know how they sleep at nite. What a scam. We had a bat exclusion if that’s what you want to call it. They half assed the job and didn’t seal everything up and now we have bats again. Paid thousands of dollars for what??? A damn chimney cover. Won’t return any of our calls. The need to rectify the problem but they won’t do it for free which they should. Ready to contact a lawyer and I’m reporting to BBB

We had a bug problem at work and Darren came and helped us out twice. He made sure to make room in his schedule when I called. He followed up with his supervisor to make sure he could come out when my work didn’t respond in a timely manner. Because he followed up, we were able to get service same day. He was super thorough and efficient. Were very appreciative!! Thanks Darren!!

Couldn’t ask for a better service. Darren always comes out in a timely manner. When we started I had a massive infestation of bees. That are now under control. Always respectful and professional. Answering all questions and the communication is always impressive. … honestly five stars isn’t enough.

Scott and Mark came out to secure my home. We had a new roof installed recently, and I'd heard some suspicious activity up there a few months after. They did a fantastic job of showing me photos of all the places that were vulnerable, up and down to the foundation, even sealing with concrete a cracked gap in my front steps where critters were trying to enter. I feel a sense of relief, and they were very friendly, professional, and showed me evidence of all the great work they did. I'm looking forward to now being able to call the company any time I suspect ANY kind of intruder, with the low monthly plan I subscribed to, now that my home has been secured. I no longer have to go buy traps or sprays or mess around with any of this, just make a simple phone call. Would highly recommend.

If I could do less than a 1 star I would! I called them out because I have a wasp nest in my eve on my second story that needed removed. They sent a sales person out instead of a technician to handle my problem, then conned me into getting a monthly package because it would be "cheaper" for me because they tend to come back. Which I was prepared to pay for, if they in fact fixed my issue!! They had people come out 4 times under my "package" to spray for issues I didn't have, but never addressed my wasp nest! I called customer service, they were very friendly "acted" like she understood and said it would get fixed, sent somebody out in the middle of a snowstorm, without ever being informed what my original issue was that he was supposed to solve! Now I'm out over $400 and STILL have a wasp nest that they never removed!! I'm furious and they won't do anything. Oh, they allowed me to cancel my service but also took my money and did NOT give me anything for it! DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE!! I wish I would have called a local pest control, it would have been handled without being conned into a monthly plan and probably would have cost me half the money!
