Eliminate Pest in Alva, OK

I think every homeowner should consider a termite program. I have seen first hand the extensive damage those bugs can do. It is a relief I don't have to worry about. My Technician, Antonio is great. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, professional and has been with this company for sometime. He installed the bait traps and services them annually.

Had several technicians come spray our house over the years. Tyler from Terminex is by far the friendliest and efficient. Responds quickly to text messages. Greatly appreciated the customer service.

I loved our experience with Terminix. AJ was very polite and professional. He explained everything he did around the house and did a thorough job! He gave me his card after he was finished, so I can reach him for our next treatment. I didn’t get that with our other technician, so I’m happy I’ll be able to get AJ again!

We have had an incredible experience with this service! Cade came to our door and thoroughly explained every detail to me. I had to confirm with my roommate so he made sure to circle back with me and get us signed up! He then got us scheduled for service the very next day. When the techs came out they were very thorough and got rid of a nasty nest for us! Definitely recommend :)

I have had terminix coming for about two years now and have overall had great results. The past two visits I had a rep I was very disappointed in but today my faith in terminix has been restored by Arturo(Aj) not only was he friendly and welcoming but he listened to my concerns, sprayed all areas and put out the bait that has been proven to keep them away here, he also gave me the sticky traps and said to call me him I see more before my next visit. I was planning to cancel my service today if the old rep came but meeting Aj and having such a great experience I am going to keep my service and hope he stays on as my rep.

Clifton Lolar and Tina Disabatino were great! Answered every question and very helpful. Literally came and helped same day. Tina made sure I was taken care of and Clifton came and saved the day! They both educated me on the treatment. Job well done!

Mr. Lolar was very kind and respectful. He was able to greatly lower my monthly cost and he worked quickly and efficiently to spray and get everything done that I asked! He was very professional yet personable and I am happy to continue my service with Terminix because of him!

Reviewing on behalf of 3P Processing: This company provides wonderful service. Their service personnel are kind and very good at what they do. Out of all the years we have done business with them, we have only had an issue with one service person, and the company took immediate action upon being told what happened. They handled it very well.
