This company is absolutely disgusting. They lie straight to your face, LIE ABOUT DOING THE WORK and still overcharge you like it’s nothing. Customer service is a joke, and they have zero integrity. Save yourself the headache and stay far away. They would say they did the work and I HAVE LITERAL CAMERA FOOTAGE OF THEM NOT EVEN SHOWING UP and then have the audacity to take a picture of a LEAF and send a fake report. Dylan you wanted to know how you can do a “better job” for your next customer? How about DO YOUR JOB!!!!!

Got my addict insulation replaced thought them. Took 2 days to remove, sanitize ,and replace the insulation. They did a good , but one the first day they used some something that produced CO2 in my house/addict. After they finished working the CO2 alarm started going off. My wife asked them if the stuff they sprayed would set it off, they said no and left for the day. 20mins later the alarm won't turn off and my wife calls the fire department. They use their sensors and say the CO2 LEVELS WERE DANGEROUS. They went though the whole house and put up large fans to blow it out. Now my house has a lot of Flys messing about. Then finished the job the next day.
