Technician arrived introduced himself extending his hand to shake mine. That was very professional i thought he came in we discussed what was going on he immediately went to work checking things everywhere disposed of the rodents found checked outside at all the locked traps under my home told me they are definitely working which is a good thing explained to me why and what was going on and told what he was recommending and if I had any issues to contact him or another technician that has serviced me recently on there cell phones , call the branch , or customer service politely told me it was nice to meet me and left here headed to a big day else where overall the experience was awesome made me feel comfortable and a pleasure meeting him. Hoping this all will be over soon its been a nightmare everyone at terminix never made me feel like it was something I did wrong they explain professionally why and how this got out of control so fast but we have made progress just alot of work. Thankful for these guys they have eased my mind everytime they come out All you technicians are awesome I thank each of you for being so patient with me during this process. THANK YA'LL RONDA

They know what they are doing. One guy..this is a rent house I would never let that many nests build up under roof overhang. He took care of it and what he uses to spray has lasting effect...once he killed them took down all nests he could...rest just a couple we can do.

TERRIBLE!!! Took advantage of a 75yo woman charging her $420 to only come ONE TIME!!! ONE TIME!! THEN they continued charging her $65/mo for QUARTERLY service!! Why in the heck would we pay MONTHLY for QUARTERLY service???!!! And after reviewing our receipts I learn THEY NEVER EVEN TREATED THE OUTSIDE FOR WHAT WE CONTACTED THEM FOR!! i guess this is how they stay in business!! Ridiculous misleading,and terrible to do to anyone let alone a senior!!

There were 3 guys that came n worked. Pleased with the procedure n explained it all to me. At the end when done Keaton was the only one that put most of the stuff back where it previously was on the porches the other 2 were in their trucks -apparentlysending me a survey to take ???- not all was put back n left for me to do. Otherwise pleased with the job that had to be done unfortunately. They left at 2:30pm not what was in the final papers -it said 3:30pm

Levi has always taken such great care of our property. He is timely, always lets me know he is here, which specific service he is providing, the areas he will be in and protective of pets allowing me time to bring them in. Levi is very personable, approachable and an additional hit because he lets the dogs greet him as well. He always takes time to answer any questions I have and never rushes me and most of all he is very professional, kind, courteous and helpful. We appreciate Levi and are very happy with our continued Terminex services!!
