Keaton Kendall from Terminix is so great! He always checks in before coming to our home to see if we need anything specific in regards to pest control. And when we have specific needs, he takes care of them! We are grateful for his hard work and great customer service.

Our representative, Keaton Kendall, has been doing an amazing job helping with all our bug and rodent concerns. He takes the time to discuss each of our concerns with us and then creates a plan that supports our needs. He is always on time, checks in with us when he arrives to ensure our dogs are inside before he begins his work, and ensures that he closes our gates before he heads out so that our dogs do not escape from our backyard. He even assisted in capturing rodents that had made a home in our old grill. We really appreciate his willingness to assist with all of our bug and rodent issues and look forward to his continued support when needed. Our services also include Tick treatment for our entire yard.

I had nothing but a bad experience with this company. The call center lady was extremely nice. But, that's all I can say about that! The first guy on the phone said we had to leave the house for 4 hours. Then the guy that called to come out said different. Then come out and was extremely rude! He couldn't complete sentences.. i would ask him what he meant about something.. and he couldn't explain 🙄. Finally just saying he couldn't garentee the treatment would work. I explained to him that's why we wanted a recurring treatment. The house is old and we are remodeling it. This guy has had to have had issues in the past with customers...

From the moment Christian arrived, he weas professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood every detail of the inspection process. What really stood out was the quality of his work and attention to detail. He was honest, respectful of my home, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was checked properly. It’s hard to find people these days who truly care about their customers, but Christian absolutely exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality service. Outstanding work. Thank you Christian

If I could give zero stars I would. It has been a horrible experience. The house inspector came out to my house and told me he was going to charge me $50 extra to add on some additional services and I said okay absolutely I look and I have a charge for $308 instead. I have called multiple times about it. They said he completely rewrote my contract and they sent me the new contract which has like three different numbers that I'm supposed to pay but none of them are the same so that looks shady. And I have called time and time again to get my refund and this was February 18th and I have received nothing. On top of that they didn't spray everywhere they were supposed to.
