J-Kory notified us in advance of traffic. He was informative and professional. He saw we had a BrownR Spider so he left us with extra sticky traps.

I cannot say enough good things about River Tapley and the outstanding job he did treating my home for roaches. From the moment he arrived, River was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He took the time to explain the treatment process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what to expect afterward. What impressed me most was his attention to detail. He thoroughly inspected problem areas, treated every location that needed attention, and clearly takes pride in doing the job right. Within a short time, I noticed a dramatic reduction in roach activity, and my home feels much cleaner and more comfortable. If you’re looking for someone who is reliable, professional, and truly effective at pest control, I highly recommend River Tapley. His expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction are second to none. Thank you, River, for giving me peace of mind and helping make my home pest-free!

I have had 2 appointments in a row canceled the day the technician was supposed to show up. Barely any notice. The amount of unprofessional isn’t worth what the annual fees cost
