We’ve been using Terminix for our place in Terrebonne for a few years now. They’re very professional and timely. They always do what they say and send texts in advance to let us know when they’ll arrive. Our mice and rats population is under control. I highly recommend them to anyone needing help with rodents. And they have very reasonable pricing so keeping them long term is affordable.

these guys are great! very friendly techs, good prices that anyone can afford and fast and friendly service. i would recommend the bend branch to everyone I know. I have been lucky to have them around for this whole year and don't plan on ever going anywhere else. they are also pet friendly and trustworthy. we even trust them enough to leave a house key for them when we are at work.... thanks so much for your hard work and knowledge! Overall, the team is really great. They're very thorough and keep me alerted of everything they're doing around the house, Be it inside or out. However, the most recent tech seemed a little different. Was not aware of what he was doing or that he'd even left and so my garage remained open for about an hour before I finally checked on it. Maybe letting the homeowner know that they're done would be a little bit of a help.

We made the mistake of temporarily leaving Terminix because a Company called Insight Pest Solutions sold us on Mole treatment and in the process deceived us on a few other things. We should have never left Terminix. Excellent customer service and people who genuinely care about their customers. We're happy to be back with Terminix and will be lifelong customers. They are very thorough and will happily treat any area of concern.

These guys always have had impeccable customer service. I have used them for years. This is the one recurring service provider that we have that I can honestly say I’ve always been really happy with. Their customer service is phenomenal. Their office is always so friendly & any time I have ever had a concern, which is rare, the follow-up is almost immediate & there is ALWAYS an attempt to find resolve. Technicians are always very friendly too. Super happy with the option to text & discuss services rather than having to call. That seems trivial, but it’s much easier for me to multitask in my busy life while resolving an issue, discussing service options, &/or scheduling via text. I can’t say enough good things about this Central OR branch. It seems like the last few years businesses have been struggling to find/keep good employees & as a result their customer service is impacted. Somehow this branch hasn’t skipped a beat & has managed to uphold outstanding service through all the hardship businesses are going through. Additionally, they do not try to upsell you. There was a service I was interested in, but the technician did not believe my home was a good candidate for this treatment because it would have little impact based on my yard setup etc. Instead of just agreeing to it & taking my $, the technician explained why that particular service would not be beneficial for me. I appreciate that immensely. I definitely recommend them if you’re looking into pest control. 👍
