Pests are an Oregon reality, who you choose to help you matters. After leaving an after hours message with their exchange, I was contacted by Dustin on Saturday am. He worked to send me someone out same day! We got a text, as requested, from Pete Garza. Long story short, he was fabulous! Etiquette, communication, expertise, kindness, I would ask for him by name. You will have customer service experience that can only be rated 10 out of 10! I am sold!

We were a little dismayed last summer to find large ant nests in the front + back yard near our house. Not a huge fan of yard chemicals or pesticides but when there’s a need, you gotta call. Terminix Bend location is professional, courteous, educational and reasonably priced. Pete is an excellent service rep and meticulous in his approach. He’s also a nice guy who will take a minute to engage a disabled family member in video gamer chit chat. The company is respectful of our requests regarding the presence of a small dog on the property and overall an easy group to work with. Yard and home doing well now and I’m at peace with their scheduled periodic visits. A+.

We rent and the property management paid for this company to come out and treat our unit after a neighboring unit introduced pests to the building. I just want to say WOW! What an awesome experience. Corbin is FANTASTIC! Super knowledgeable, friendly guy! He really knows his stuff! Down to earth, and assured my son the pests that kept visiting his room would be dead soon. (His room is a shared wall) Cut the anxiety from pests out of your life and hire this company. When I buy a house, I’ll hire this company if I ever have a pest issue again!

We recently moved into a new house and found termites!! I immediately called Terminix and they were out the next day to inspect. They were able to confirm that yes indeed we had termites and they were able to develop a plan of attack and give me A quote the same day. They are professional and polite and very hardworking. They did an amazing job treating our house and I was so impressed with the people that did all the work. I was blown away by the excellent service we received. And we also have them treat our property for Mice and bugs. It’s been really great! A lot of people think we don’t have termites in Central Oregon, but we do!! Get your house checked by Terminix! They are really great. I’ve been so pleased with their service.

There was an ant invasion in my ceiling! Thanks to Terminix, they eliminated them. They even called after the technician treated the area to check if they were gone and to ensure I was satisfied with the treatment.
