Jodie has provided exceptional service. He is professional, friendly and always treated our home with high levels of respect. We had both interior and exterior service and Terminix was great at coming in for in between service calls if occasion called for it. We found the price reasonable and would highly recommend Terminix and Jodie!

I had a huge wasp nest that needed to be removed, and Terminix did a fantastic job. The technician arrived and took care of it quickly, efficiently, and professionally. The whole process was easy and stress-free, and I’m very satisfied with the service. The cost was less than the competition! I would definitely recommend Terminix!

We had the pleasure of having Pete out to inspect & treat our new home & honestly have never had such great service!! Pete was such an awesome guy! Extremely personable, punctual & knowledgeable! He called prior to heading our to make sure we were ready for him and took time to not just connect on a business level but on a personal level as well which was so refreshing as that seems to be lost these days! Im so glad I called Terminix for our pest needs & will continue to refer them to everyone I know in need of the services they provide.

Hands down the best home service I’ve ever had. Sami from Terminix in Bend was fantastic from start to finish. He took the time to explain exactly what chemicals he was using and why, which I really appreciated. He even went out of his way to protect his feet when moving between the inside and outside of my home, the kind of small detail that shows real care for someone’s space. On top of being thorough and professional, he was a great communicator and genuinely good company. By the time he left, I felt like I knew half his family! A+++ service. If you need pest control in Bend, call Terminix and hope you get Sami.

The crew and their fearless leader Dustin are top notch!!! We have used them every summer since we’ve lived in Central Oregon. They have sprayed for mosquitoes, ants and wasps and gave us a summer free of pests. They are quick, friendly and professional. They use products that are not harmful to humans or pets. The pricing is fair and you know exactly what it will cost before they set foot on the property. We will continue to use them year after and would encourage anyone needing these services and more to give them a call. Thanks again Dustin and crew!!!!

Pests are an Oregon reality, who you choose to help you matters. After leaving an after hours message with their exchange, I was contacted by Dustin on Saturday am. He worked to send me someone out same day! We got a text, as requested, from Pete Garza. Long story short, he was fabulous! Etiquette, communication, expertise, kindness, I would ask for him by name. You will have customer service experience that can only be rated 10 out of 10! I am sold!

We were a little dismayed last summer to find large ant nests in the front + back yard near our house. Not a huge fan of yard chemicals or pesticides but when there’s a need, you gotta call. Terminix Bend location is professional, courteous, educational and reasonably priced. Pete is an excellent service rep and meticulous in his approach. He’s also a nice guy who will take a minute to engage a disabled family member in video gamer chit chat. The company is respectful of our requests regarding the presence of a small dog on the property and overall an easy group to work with. Yard and home doing well now and I’m at peace with their scheduled periodic visits. A+.
